Located in a Berber village thirty minutes from Marrakech, on the road to the Lalla Takerkoust dam, at the foot of the Atlas Mountains, in a village that has retained its traditional architecture: Riad in adobe.

This riad has been restored with traditional techniques. Earth walls (adobe and earth bricks), wooden ceilings, certain finishes in stone, tadelakt (smoothed lime), in dess, in bejmat (terracotta) or in smooth plaster and chiselled plaster. The interior joinery is in Atlas cedar.

Decorated with elements of modern comforts: Swimming pool required in reinforced concrete, thermal and phonic insulation in cork and waterproofing is single layer bitumen. The window frames are made of steel with laminated glazing (Stadip). Some floors in cement tiles or mortex (polished concrete).

The rooms are air-conditioned.

Hot water is provided by a 200 L solar tank and a 100 L electric booster tank.

Heating is via wood-burning stoves and open fireplaces.

The swimming pool is filtered by a chlorination system.

Lighting via colored LEDs.

The hammam works thanks to a steam generator.
